Which is why our mission continues to be and always will be to help each client with professional services and referrals. By providing services that extend into their homes, we're able to build longterm relationships with our clients and ensure many, if not all, will always do business with Lawn Operations.

Weather Considerations
In rare instances, we may need to mow your lawn during rainy weather to ensure all our customers receive timely service. Please understand that your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to maintain our service standards even in challenging conditions.

Weather & Services
We schedule our properties approximately every 7 or 14 days, depending on your chosen services. Occasionally, this schedule may vary due to weather events or unforeseen circumstances. We aim to accommodate your needs, but please understand that adjustments may be necessary for efficient delivery of service.

Service
We only offer weekly and biweekly lawn maintenance services during the season. However, during late fall and winter, we transition to monthly service. We appreciate your commitment to regular maintenance to keep your lawn in top condition.

Mowing Season
Our full time mowing season runs from early February to mid December (average 45 weeks). We kindly request your commitment to finishing the season with us. For additional services between mid December and early February, please feel free to contact us (landscape, trimming, leafs, etc.).

Payments
For your convenience, we prefer credit/debit card payments. Payments are processed at the beginning of the month for monthly billing, or after service is completed.

Scheduling
Our schedule is created at the end of every month for a smooth start to the upcoming month, and adjusted weekly when necessary. The weather, the route, and the difficulty are considered when the day and time are chosen. We aim to service each property promptly, and for that reason we cannot accommodate requests for service on specific days and times. Emergency services are available.
